BC Real Estate – out of the starting blocks

Acting on behalf of the Crown Oil Executive Pension Fund, BC Real Estate have completed the sale of the 53,000sq ft manufacturing and distribution Park Mill, Buckley Road, Rochdale for a sum close to £2.5m to The British Millerain Company, a long established textile and proofing technology company dating back to 1880.

Director John Barton commented, “We are very happy to have completed our first deal since the company launched less than two weeks ago and in particular, a deal involving such well-established and reputable companies”.
