Biography

Prior to BC Real Estate John obtained his property degree from Sheffield Hallam University before going on to work for a North West independent property practice where he has been employed for the past 9 years.

John has experience of dealing with industrial and warehouse property and development in the North West of England advising a wide variety of institutional, property company, private individuals and occupier clients.

John has dealt with a number of complex leasehold and freehold disposals and acquisitions.

His key skills are Leasing and Disposal Advice, Acquisition Advice, Development Advice, Development Appraisal and valuation
