BC Real Estate Advise Rochdale Council on Acquisition of 140,000 sq ft Warehouse Investment

BC Real Estate advised Rochdale Council of the acquisition of Point 62, a 140,000 sq ft warehouse on Stakehill Industrial Estate let to Footasylum.

The newly refurbished distribution warehouse is let to Footasylum on a 10-year lease, giving around £680,000 a year in rent. Stakehill Industrial Estate is located off Junction 20 of the M62, in Middleton.

Manchester Trade Park

Manchester Trade Park which is home to Benchmarx (part of Travis Perkins) and Howdens is now fully let after letting unit 7 to AMC Furniture.

Crown Oil Executive Pension Fund

Acting on behalf of the Crown Oil Executive Pension Fund, BC Real Estate have completed the sale of the 53,000sq ft manufacturing and distribution Park Mill, Buckley Road, Rochdale for a sum close to £2.5m to The British Millerain Company, a long established textile and proofing technology company dating back to 1880.
