We acquired Units 2& 3, Parr Industrial Estate, St Helens on behalf of a Manchester based property company and whilst the legal’s were proceeding Unit 3 went under to pharmaceutical company.

Unit 3 is 11,795 sq ft and was let on a 5 year lease
