28,000 sq ft Warrington Warehouse Let for Aberdeen Standard

A commercial and residential door specialist has taken 28,000 sq ft of space at Opus 9 Industrial Estate in Warrington.

Teckentrup is relocating from its previous premises on Gemini Business Park having agreed a ten-year lease.

Acting on behalf of Aberdeen Standard Investments, property consultancy BC Real Estate tied up the deal.
